What to do if a product has been damaged in transit?

Please notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by sending an email by clicking here with a note explaining the damage suffered. Do not forget to indicate your order number and your contact details in the email.

Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?

The shipping costs invoiced at the time the order is shipped will be refunded only if the order is returned in full.

Are return shipping costs free of charge?

No depends on the zone, only in Dubai and UAE ITS FREE OF CHARGE.

What is the reimbursement term?

The returned item will be refunded to you within fourteen (14) days of receipt by Marbsw, to the bank account to which the order was credited.

An email will be sent to you to confirm the reception of your package and its total or partial reimbursement.

Important: It will be your responsibility to keep proof of the return. In this regard, we recommend you to use a traceable and secure return method.

What is the return policy? 

There are no returns, the products are handcrafted and handmade, with the best quality, that is why we strongly recommend you to check the size chart, before your purchase.

What should I do if my product has a defect?

Please contact our Customer Service Department, which will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.30, either by email by clicking here or by phone at +34 625 42 77 50, indicating the exact defect(s) observed (and preferably attaching photographs).

What is the availability of the products?

Its Limited. When a product you wish to order is not available, we recommend that you return to our online store at a later date to check its availability or contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.

Do you have any maintenance tips for swimsuits?

Quickly rinse your swimsuit as soon as you come back from the beach or the pool with a little warm soapy water.

Machine wash your swimsuits only with a gentle cycle and put them in a net. Also, to preserve the quality of your swimsuit, be careful not to wash it in water that is too hot, as it may shrink, fade or deteriorate.

What are the product features?

Our products are made with fabrics with the Lycra seal, a guarantee of quality. The prints of the Marbsw collections are exclusive. The main characteristics of the articles are presented in each of the product sheets.

However, it is possible that the images, photographs and colors of the items for sale do not correspond to the real colors due to the effect of the Internet browser or the screen used.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Service Department by email by clicking here or by phone at +34 625 42 77 50, indicating your order number.

However, it is only possible to cancel an order if the order has not yet been prepared by our warehouses.

In some cases (product not available, payment error, wrong address…) it is possible that our system partially or totally cancels your order. In this case you will be reimbursed for the cancelled items.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with an order tracking number. Please enter this tracking number on the carrier’s website to find out the status of your order.

If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you first check, in addition to your inbox, your spam and junk mail. If you do not find the email, please contact our Customer Service Department, which will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. How do I know the status of my order?

To find out the status of any of your orders, go to the My Account section and select My Orders. There you will find the history of your orders and the status of each one of them.

How can I contact Marbsw Customer Service Department?  

To place an order, simply select the items you wish to purchase, select the model you prefer, the color and size, and then add them to your cart.

You will be able to access your basket at any time and modify it. Your basket will be valid for 15 days. Once this time has elapsed, you will have to start shopping from the beginning.

When you have finished shopping, go back to your cart and click on “Validate order”.

When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, we recommend that you first check, in addition to your inbox, your spam and junk mail. If you do not find your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Department, which will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
